● When will my order be delivered?
We ship daily, in exceptional cases, every two days. You should receive your order within 3 days.

● From where do you ship my order?
We have two store locations: Orders from the EU/world will be sent from Leipzig, Germany. Our partner, Golden Ticket, handles all EU/world orders from there. Orders from Switzerland will be sent from Zurich. Our, partner Verein Werkstätte Drahtzug, handles all Swiss orders.

● Do you also ship abroad?
Yes, of course! We have two store locations: Orders from the EU/world will be sent from Germany, and orders from Switzerland will be sent from Switzerland.

● Is it possible to exchange my shirt/sweater/hoodie?
Yes, of course. We don't want you walking around with a shirt that doesn't fit your taste. However, please be aware that it's always quite some work for both sides and causes costs, so please check the size charts carefully before placing your order. If something doesn't fit you, please don't hesitate to send an email to store@blackseadahu.com, and we will exchange your purchased size for the right one.

! Please note that you have to take care of returning the item(s) and also cover the shipping costs for the return. We'll gladly pay for the shipping of the new item(s)!

● Where can I find the size charts for the shirts/sweaters/hoodies?
On the product page, on the left of the product description, you can see some photos of the product. The size chart is either the second or the third picture.

● Is there an MP3 download code with the record?
No, but if you need one, please leave us a message in the comment field at the end of your order, and we will add one.

● Does the money I pay here go straight to Black Sea Dahu?
Yes. This is our own webshop; the money you pay here goes directly to us, just like when you buy something at our merch table at a concert.
